In 1973, IDEAL Restoration started as a carpet cleaning company which quickly evolved into a water damage restoration company. Butch Carpenter, founder and owner, worked hard over the years to build the kind of company that would set the standard in the industry for water damage restoration.
After attaining the latest equipment technology and building a well-organized facility, Butch's number one priority remained the same: Take care of his clients and deliver impeccable service in their time of need. He developed a loyal following of clients who knew the importance of prompt service, efficient work, having the right equipment and employing trained personnel. Today, IDEAL Restoration continues to serve these clients.
Today, Butch is proud to have his daughter, Jaclyn Carpenter, continue providing professional and valued service he's always believed in delivering.
